God is good! Life is good! and the weather outside is beautiful!!!It is a great day!!!

I know… it has been a long time. Things in my life have been insane, but that gives God opportunity to show His awesomeness more clearly, right? We serve such a wonderful, loving, merciful God!!!
I want to share what He showed me in my quiet time the other day. I finished Acts this morning and have been going through My Utmost for His Highest. A few days ago as I was reading through Acts, it hit me how many times Paul shared His testimony – over and over again. I was convicted. I fail so often in sharing what God is doing in my life and in sharing my testimony in general.
Then God encouraged me with this from My Utmost for His Highest. I am only putting part of it in here, ’cause it is really long.
“Perseverance means more than endurance- more than simply holding on
until the end. A saint’s life is in the hands of God like a bow and
arrow in the hands of an archer. God is aiming at something the saint
cannot see, but our Lord continues to stretch and strain, and every
once in a while the saint says, “I can’t take any more.” Yet God pays
no attention; He goes on stretching until His purpose is in sight, and
then He lets the arrow fly. Entrust yourself to God’s hands. Is there
something in your life for which you need perseverance right now?
Maintain your intimate relationship with Jesus Christ through the
perseverance of faith. Proclaim as Job did, “Though He slay me, yet
will I trust Him” ( Job 13:15 ).”
The last few weeks have been difficult. I was at the point of ‘I can’t take it anymore’. But God is still aiming, has His purpose in sight and keeps stretching me. I am again trying to entrust myself back in His hands… -
Thanks for all the input y’all… I did appreciate it. It was fun. I will let you know when I decide what to name him.

On a different topic…
I read google’s quote of the day a couple of days ago and I think it really does apply to my life.
Among
those whom I like or admire, I can find no common denominator,
but
among those whom I love, I can: all of them make me laugh.
W. H. Auden
So true. So to all of you who make me laugh…thanks, dear friends!

I have been told I need a name for my truck… and I can’t think of anything. I am asking you for some ideas.
I was told it is a guy. So far I have had one suggestion… Chet.
Description (for those of you who haven’t met him)-
He is a 97 maroon Ford, F-150, extended cab, 4 wheel drive. He is adjusting to his new home in GA. He likes meeting new people and loves to have fun. (That almost sounds like a personal ad.
)
Anyway, all name ideas are appreciated.
*Edit- Joe is not allowed to help name my truck…
*Edit 2 – I am sorry, Joe, if you are nice you can help name my truck.
Although, I don’t think he would like to be called Mud.

“Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed,Because His compassions fail not.
They are new every morning;
Great is Your faithfulness.
‘The Lord is my portion,’ says my soul,
‘Therefore I will hope in Him!’”

We are all feeling a lot better! Thanks for all the prayers!!!
It is good to have everyone in the office this week. We are missing Alina like crazy!!! Come back quick, girl…
God reminded me yet again in Psalms 138:8 “That He will perfect that which concerns me” It was a great reminder to sit back and trust Him with it all!
We serve such a loving, awesome God who loves and cares for us beyond what we can even imagine!

Sickness is striking my office crew… Please pray! Two of my girls are at home sick. Please pray for healing for them. I can’t get sick and neither can Alina. She is supposed to go home this Friday and I do not want her to be sick while she is at home! I don’t think Marshall wants to get sick either. We would all really appreciate your prayers.
Gotta run. I will post more later…
